Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or another currency supported by the Platform at the time of registration. The account currency cannot be changed after registration. All bonus values and displayed amounts will reflect the account currency.

bit877 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. Do not assume a bet has been accepted until this confirmation is displayed.
In the event of a manifest error — including clearly incorrect odds, mispriced markets or technical errors that result in a demonstrably wrong price — bit877 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. bit877 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of reliance on an obviously erroneous price.
Live betting markets, including ball-by-ball cricket betting on Pakistan matches, PSL fixtures and ICC tournaments, operate with rapidly changing odds. Bets accepted during live events are subject to the applicable live betting rules. bit877 is not responsible for delays in data feeds that may affect the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.
Maximum single-event and cumulative payout limits apply and are displayed in the relevant sports rules section of the Platform. Winnings that exceed these limits will be paid at the maximum applicable cap.
bit877 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual offer terms, which are displayed at the point of opt-in and within the Promotions section of the Platform.
Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable multiplier, contributing game list, game contribution percentages and expiry date are stated in the individual offer terms. Sports bets placed at odds below the stated minimum threshold may not contribute to wagering requirements.

bit877 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such amendment does not affect bets or claims already legitimately made in accordance with the original offer terms.

bit877's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower.
Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
bit877 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email or a prominent Platform notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bit877 holds its operating licence.
